Meet Laurie LMT
 
A native of New England, Laurie moved to the Puget Sound region from Boston with her husband and daughter.
 
When you first meet Laurie, you might notice how fully present she is, listening and completely engaged with you and your concerns.
 
Your initial session with Laurie will leave you feeling more grounded, seen, and heard.   Her genuine concern for you along with her kind and gentle spirit allows you to really connect with you throughout her bodywork sessions.
 
Laurie is a true collaborator with you to bring about long lasting, positive changes to your body and well-being.
 
Coming to massage & bodywork in 2015 with a background in social work, Laurie’s empathy and compassion for others is palpable. She excels  at providing therapeutic touch and comfort to those in clinical settings - whether it is caring for a new mother admitted to a maternity ward or a patient receiving treatment in an oncology clinic.
 
Laurie is a graduate of the Northwest Academy for Healing Arts and she is passionate about learning: “Every day I have an ‘ah-ha moment’ with my clients….I love to help facilitate both physical and emotional resilience in others.”
 
She has proficient mastery in the following modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Pre and Post Natal passage, Active Isolated Stretching, Active/Passive Range of Motion, Pin and Stretch.
 
Laurie loves nature and can be found hiking with her family and enjoying the beauty of her new found home - the Pacific Northwest
